Episode 87
Ep87. Anaphylaxis testing with Dr Richard Scolaro (Part 1)
In this episode I chat with Immediate Past Chair of the Australian New Zealand Anaesthetic Allergy Group (ANZAAG), Dr Richard Scolaro. We chat about anaesthetic anaphylaxis testing and some of the common questions that arise. For example, did you know that morphine is used as a postive control? Yes, you should see a reaction to morphine.
This is Part 1 of 3 in our series. In the next two parts we discuss penicillin and cephalosporin cross reactivity, pholcodine and more.
